Be Wildfire Prepared

Surrey Fire and Rescue Service’s Wildfire Prepared initiative helps residents and communities understand how to reduce the risk of wildfire and protect their homes.

The leaflet includes practical advice on preparing your property, clearing vegetation and other flammable materials, preventing embers from entering your home, creating an evacuation plan and knowing what to do if a wildfire occurs. It also encourages neighbours to work together to make their wider community safer.
