All Council meetings are public meetings, with the agenda published on our website three clear days before the meeting. The public is invited to make representation at the beginning of each meeting.
Parish Council meetings in 2025 will be held in Chilworth C of E Infant School at 7 p.m. The dates of the meetings are as follows:

The 2025 Annual Meeting of the Parish Council will be held on 22nd May 2025.
The administrative year starts in May with the Annual meeting of the Parish Council, when appointments are made of Councillors to positions of responsibility within the Council. The Chairman and Vice- Chairman are elected, and members are assigned to its various Committees.
This is a statutory meeting, arranged by the Parish Council, for the electors of the parish to meet to discuss issues of interest within the parish. There is no prearranged or published agenda, and may or may not be Chaired by the Chairman of the Parish Council. Minutes are taken and presented and approved at the meeting next year. No decisions will be binding on the Council, but issues raised may be referred to a Council meeting for consideration. The meeting must take place between 1st March and the 1st June.
There is no date set yet for the Annual Assembly.
