Agendas and Minutes will be published on our website.
If, as a member of the public, you wish to join any of the meetings, or put a question to Council, please contact the Clerk – clerk@stmartha-pc.gov.uk or telephone: 07976 778864 at least two days before the meeting date.
All Council meetings are public meetings, with the agenda published on our website three clear days before the meeting. The public is invited to make representation at the beginning of each meeting.
Full Council Meeting
Parish Council meetings in 2026 will be held in Chilworth C of E Infant School (unless otherwise advised on the agenda) at 7 p.m. The dates of the meetings are as follows:

Thursday 16th April 2026
Thursday 28th May 2026 - Please NOTE that this will be held in Chilworth Village Hall starting at 6:30 p.m. The Annual Assembly of St Martha Parish will be followed by The Annual Meeting of the Parish Council
The Annual Meeting of the Parish Council
The 2026 Annual Meeting of the Parish Council will be held on 28th May 2026.
The administrative year starts in May with the Annual meeting of the Parish Council, when appointments are made of Councillors to positions of responsibility within the Council. The Chairman and Vice- Chairman are elected, and members are assigned to its various Committees.
Annual Assembly of the Parish
This is a statutory meeting, arranged by the Parish Council, for the electors of the parish to meet to discuss issues of interest within the parish. There is no prearranged or published agenda and may or may not be Chaired by the Chairman of the Parish Council. No decisions will be binding on the Council, but issues raised may be referred to a Council meeting for consideration. The meeting must take place between 1st March and the 1st June.
The Annual Assembly of the Parish will be held on 28th May 2026 in Chilworth Village Hall - at 6:30 p.m.
